Instructions for authors
- Submission (up to 12 pages long) should be formatted according to the template and instructions in your preferred file format:
• full paper template in Word (ZIP, 560 Kb)
• full paper template in LaTeX (ZIP, 2037 Kb) - Abstract submissions should include:
- Mandatory: Title, authors, affiliations, description of the main results (up to 400 words), keywords. The name of the corresponding / presenting author must be clearly indicated, and an email address must be provided.
- Optionally: A high-resolution image, acknowledgements and references.
- Submissions should be accompanied with a signed cover letter with a declaration of originality and authorship of the results.

Peer review and Conference proceedings publication
The conference submissions will be subject to a rigorous peer-review process and will be screened using the antiplagiarism tool StrikePlagiarismTM.
